Questions, answered
Which commits count?
Only commits you authored yourself, on the default branch of the repositories you link. Bots, generated activity and rewritten history are against the rules — repositories that cheat get removed.
Do private repositories work?
Yes. Private repositories count towards your score, but we only show numbers: commit messages, hashes and links are never stored or displayed.
How often do the numbers refresh?
Once a day, automatically. New repositories sync immediately when you link them.
What does the €10 unlock get me?
Everything: linking repositories, detail pages with charts, streaks, achievements and your public developer profile. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription — and the first 25 accounts skip it entirely.
Can I remove my data?
Any time. Unlink repositories on your dashboard, or delete your whole account on your profile page — that removes everything permanently. You can also revoke access in your GitHub settings.
